Jen's list

Oprah has a list, no a SHOW, about her favorite things. Some that made the list are: a set of three soaps for 42 bucks, a $3800 refrigerator that tells you the weather, and a panini press...(how can you possibly live life without a panini press???)
Dawn has a list of her favorite things. Although it is not published, she makes them well-known by making sure she purchases a few of them for expectant mothers. One of her favorites is a snack trap for things like cheerios.
So, I decided that since Oprah AND Dawn have a list, I shall too.
Jen's Favorite things from 2007
1. Uggs. I have had mine for three years and they are still as waterproof and warm as day one. (thanks dad and martha!)
2. "Manchvegas" T-shirts. (retail value $15). I believe they can only be purchased at Metrosports in Manchvegas, but they are worth every dollar:)
3. Crest Extra Whitening Clean Mint toothpaste. Yum. Shiny goodness.
4. Bath and Body Works Tahiti Sweetie Body Lotion. It's like a daily smell of vacation.
5. Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Lotion. pretty much does what it says.
6. Starbucks stainless steel thermos. I got a peppermint mocha and it stayed hot for three hours...(and robby dumped it over in church and it didn't even leak out of the lid!)
7. Keurig drink maker. It is amazing. You can brew one cup of rich, hot, goodness at a time and not a drip to clean up!

I will think of more, but that is what I have so far. So go. shop. try the things. because i am not rich enough to buy you each your own.

My Lady Abigail

Abigail Marie, a Golden Retriever, of Manchvegas, NH passed away after a chronic illness on December 23, 2007. She died in the arms of her loving master, Bob. I love her so much and miss her, but at least she is out of her pain. She was beautiful, loving, and wicked funny. Her favorite things to do were hog the bed, talk, and dance. She lived a good 11 years, 7 months, and 8 days. I love her so much and miss her tremendously.

Random Memory

Here is my memory of the day. Please post anything you remember about the blue "barrel". here's mine.

Jimmy: "MOM! have you seen my orange and black jams?"
Mom: "Uh, I washed them last week, check the barrel."

The great thing about the barrel is that is had a little bit of everything. Clean clothes, dirty ones, belts, shoes, etc.
